Commercial Installation Experience

We connected store equipment
as one beverage service sequence.

Cups, ice/water, coffee extraction and pickup were connected within the site workflow, then handed over so the operator could stop, replenish and recover the system.

Proof of Work

Placed the equipment on site.
Validated it with actual cups and workflow.

After positioning the coffee machine, cup dispenser and robot base, we checked equipment access and taught the robot against the intended service order.

The field scope connected robot motion, replenishment points, maintenance access and restart procedures as one operation.

What We Integrated

A complete service scope—
robot motion, equipment and daily operation.

Off-the-shelf beverage equipment, robot motion and human replenishment, cleaning and recovery were treated as one operating scope.

Different button positions and wait times, cup gripping, liquid-transfer stability and customer pickup were coordinated as one sequence. Daily checks and recovery standards were included in the handover.

Delivery Process

Read the menu and site first.
Fit the equipment and robot to that order.

01

Define Requirements

Confirm menu, service order, peak operation, staff access and safety conditions.

02

Measure Equipment & Flow

Align the coffee machine, ice/water, cups, pickup and robot working envelope.

03

Design the Sequence

Connect cup pickup, extraction, transfer and serving with equipment wait times.

04

Integrate & Teach

Adjust the gripper, coordinates, interfaces, collision avoidance and exception actions.

05

Commission On Site

Test repeated motion and stop/restart scenarios with actual cups and beverages.

06

Train & Handover

Transfer replenishment, daily checks, safety stop and recovery procedures.

Acceptance & Handover

Verify daily operability across
movement, replenishment and recovery.

Final acceptance criteria and responsibility boundaries are confirmed against each project’s menu, equipment and site conditions. These are the field review perspectives used for the coffee robot installation.

Product Handling

Cup grip, tilt and interference during transfer

Equipment Response

Response and wait time before the next action

Repeat Operation

Continuous sequence and position repeatability

Exception Recovery

Safe response to shortage or stopped operation

Operating Handover

Access for replenishment, inspection and cleaning

AFOODTECH Scope

Connect site requirements as an integrated specification

Requirements, layout and interface review, robot teaching and integration test, commissioning and operator handover are delivered within the agreed project scope.

Customer & Partner Scope

Confirm menu standards and operating conditions together

Recipe and serving quality, utilities, staffing, site safety and approval conditions are reviewed together with change and acceptance criteria.
